Indoor Netball

Please Note: All rules are as per INNSW rule book - the following is a summary of those rules.

Start Of Play
- The umpires whistle shall be blown when the attacking WD is wholly within the circle and all players are in their correct position, providing that no player deliberately delays the plays.
- The centre pass must be touched or caught by a player that lands wholly within the centre thrid, and before it touches the net.
- The ball is actively still in play of all nets
A player MAY NOT
- Deliberately hold the nets or push off the nets to gain an advantage.
- Land, Step or jump into the nets.
- Use the net to pin a player

Playing the Ball
- A player may bounce the ball to another player.
- May bounce the ball to gain possession.
- May roll the ball to oneself to gain possession.
- A player may NOT deliberately kick the ball.
- May NOT punch the ball.
- May NOT fall on the ball to gain possession.

The Game
All GAME FEES MUST be paid before the start of every game.
Players are not permitted to wear SINGLET TOPS or TANK TOPS, Teams are asked to wear the same colour T-SHIRT.
You need at least 4 Players to start a game.

When playing Mixed you can only play with a maximum of 3 Guys and a minimum of 2 Guys.
