What information is being collected:

The user's email address, first name, surname and choice of sport newsletters is also collected if the user chooses to join the mailing list.

They can however tailor messages to capture the attention of website users by quoting the team name whose details are displayed and any information about the competition such as which position in the ladder the team stands. Hence, any information used by advertisers is non personal and restricted to internal use on the website.

Why is it collected?
Information collected for the mailing list is for use only by Action Indoor Sports Thornleigh to administer the center by informing members about upcoming competitions and any information thought of as relevant.

Where is it stored?
The mailing list is kept on the web server that hosts the website. Access is restricted to center administration and protected by a username and password.

How long is the information stored?
The email address will exist in the mailing list until you remove it.

How to remove or update your information from the center's mailing list.
If you would like to remove your email address or change your preferences, you can enter your email address at any time from the home page and the options will be displayed. Click on 'Remove' and all of your details will permanently be deleted from the website's mailing list. Alternatively, you can update your preferences as directed.

Please note that Action Indoor Sports Center Thornleigh may still have your details on a company database that is separate to the website and can be removed by contacting the center via the website or by phone.
